Taking the lead

In taking on the role of lead consultant, we take responsibility for driving the project forward. We coordinate all other consultants on the project, creating a collaborative working environment and acting as a single point of contact through which all involved parties can filter information. We work alongside the stakeholders, consultants and key members of the project team from an early stage in the process to make certain they understand the level we operate at, and to clearly indicate the standards we must reach to successfully deliver the project. Additionally, we are entrusted with identifying key milestones, establishing a critical path, managing the programme, ensuring deadlines are adhered to and monitoring the quality of work.
