Completed under a Design & Build contract, Dar Maryam introduces a new dimension to the architectural narrative of the district. A pristine, compact residential tower that exudes elegance while ultimately achieving durability and sustainability through material choice and build quality. A precast concrete façade plays with natural light and shadows to create interest through its form, creating a unique aesthetic, while inside the building an urban and industrial look is uncomplicated and clean, designed to celebrate the inner workings of the building. Exposed concrete cores, open ceiling coves and the use of outside pavers instead of traditional porcelain tiles for the internal public area flooring serve to further differentiate the building, and the residential experience of Dar Maryam is distinctive and outstanding in the context of the surrounding area.
