Construction Update | EYWA Dubai

In the second of our construction updates from EYWA Dubai, we join Bojan Stankovic, Lead Architect, on a guided tour around the unique residential tower, located in Business Bay.

BSBG is the Lead Consultant, Executive Architect, and Structural Engineer, and is also providing Construction Supervision on the project.

EYWA Dubai is an ultra-luxury 22,000 m² residential development featuring a G+19 tower with a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom apartments. There are just 48 apartments in total, with the smallest two-bedroom space sized at 200 m² plus balcony. Each apartment has its own jacuzzi, while the two penthouse levels each feature a private swimming pool.

The tower has now topped out, and internal finishings have started.
