BSBG announces engagement on Emaar’s Beach Mansion

Brewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG) has announced its engagement on Beach Mansion, a super high-rise residential development situated within the exclusive Emaar Beachfront masterplan. The project features two towers – of 37 storeys and 20 storeys, resting upon a nine-storey podium, as well as a swimming pool and communal areas, and boasts panoramic views of the Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, and the Arabian Gulf. BSBG is the Concept Architect, Executive Architect, Structural Engineer and Lead Consultant on the project.

Featuring a variety of apartment types (1-4 bedrooms), penthouses and townhouses, Beach Mansion is within a prime location in proximity to the beach, landscaped parks, restaurants, cafes, entertainment and retail stores. The project will provide residents with a resort-style living experience on their doorstep.

The project features a variety of apartments, penthouses and beachfront townhouses, with elegant contemporary architecture and interiors. The townhouses feature flowing spaces and spacious living areas, with meticulously selected finishings and natural materials to complement the beachfront living experience. The penthouses, meanwhile, overlook the beach and Arabian Gulf, and are available in three and four-bedroom options – each oriented precisely to maximise the captivating views on offer.

Amenities within the dual tower development include an infinity edge swimming pool, an adjacent neighbourhood park, a multi-purpose community room, a dedicated fitness area, cabanas and BBQ areas and a kids pool and play area.
