The 135,866 m2 development (BUA) is designed as an ultra-luxury offering to further enhance the Palm Jumeirah community. A 61-key hotel and 172 branded residences make up this milestone development, which brings the Six Senses international ethos of sustainability and wellness to the UAE for the first time.
Working alongside Concept Architect SAOTA, BSBG’s involvement in Six Senses The Palm, Dubai represents the latest in a series of high-end hospitality projects for the group. The project joins the recently named Lana by Dorchester Collection, currently under construction, completed London projects The Mayfair Townhouse and Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, the BSBG-designed JA Lake View Hotel and Aloft City Centre Deira as a key hospitality development within the BSBG portfolio.
