BSBG announces role in the delivery of The St. Regis Residences in Abu Dhabi

Brewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG) has announced its multiple roles in the delivery of The St. Regis Residences on Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi. The 38-storey branded residential development features four basement levels, five podium levels and 32 residential floors. The tower comprises a range of one- to four-bedroom units, as well as duplex apartments and exclusive penthouses.

BSBG is the Lead Consultant, Executive Architect and Structural Engineer for the project, taking the scheme forward from concept. The developer for The St. Regis Residences is SAAS Properties, with the concept design by Squire & Partners.

Amenities include two swimming pools (one indoor), a modern fitness centre, a kids play area, a squash court, a spa with three treatment rooms, a selection of public lounges, meeting rooms and co-working spaces, a cinema room, and landscaped gardens that open onto the island promenade overlooking the beach. The project also includes approximately 1,400 m² of retail and F&B space.

The development is strategically located along the vibrant waterfront of Al Maryah Island, offering direct access to The Galleria Mall and close proximity to cultural landmarks including Louvre Abu Dhabi, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, and the Natural History Museum.

Commenting on the project, Lead Architect, Bojan Stankovic, said: “The St. Regis Residences will take its place among the elite residential developments within Abu Dhabi when complete. We have drawn upon our extensive experience delivering internationally branded residences tailored for the Middle East, on behalf of some of the world’s most renowned hospitality brands, to add value to the project as we progressed through schematic and detailed design.”

It builds on the momentum of our recent concept design work on SHA Emirates and Modon’s Nawayef Park Views. We have previously delivered renowned projects such as Addax Tower and IRENA Headquarters in Abu Dhabi; developments that underline our ability to deliver high-value, strategically aligned projects that support the emirate’s long-term vision.”
