BSBG completes clean sweep at Property Awards!

Brewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG) has won three Five Star awards at the Arabian Property Awards 2024 for Mercer House (Mixed-Use Architecture, Dubai), One River Point (Residential High-Rise, Dubai), and UH by Ellington (Architecture Multiple Residences, Dubai).

Having been announced as a winner in each of the categories entered, each project was last night unveiled as the highest scoring five-star winner, and will now move through to the regional awards, where they will be judged against other regional winners.

BSBG is the Concept Architect, Lead Consultant, Executive Architect, Structural Engineer, and is providing Construction Supervision on all three projects.

Mercer House, 5-star winner - Mixed-Use Architecture, Dubai

Commenting on the five-star awards, received at the ceremony held on 4^th December 2024, Group Design Director Michael Lewis said: “We’re delighted to have been acknowledged as the best in each of the three categories for which we were nominated. This is a fantastic moment for both the +studio design team and the technical teams within BSBG, and is testament to the success of our unique design process, which adds key early-stage value to clients with highly resolved detail and coordination.”

Participants enter at their relevant national level and are judged by a highly experienced team of professionals who cover the whole range of property disciplines.

BSBG has previously won International Property Awards for projects which include The Edge, Banyan Tree Residences – Hillside Dubai, JA Lake View Hotel, Aloft City Centre Deira, Peninsula 4, The Plaza, Beach Mansion, and Visa CEMEA Headquarters.
