BSBG-designed project wins three 2018 International Property Awards!

Banyan Tree Residences - Hillside Dubai has won in three categories at the 2018 International Property Awards, it has been announced. The project, which is currently midway through construction, is a BSBG design and delivery project for long-term client, developer Sweid & Sweid.

BSBG has received two accolades for its design work on this prestigious project; in the categories of Residential High-Rise Architecture for Dubai, and Architecture Multiple Residence for Dubai. Meanwhile, developer Sweid & Sweid has been awarded in the Residential High-Rise Development for Dubai category.

Banyan Tree Residences - Hillside Dubai becomes the second BSBG design for Sweid & Sweid to be recognised by the International Property Awards. Last year, The Edge, which is home to Oracle, Snapchat, and Sweid & Sweid’s headquarters, received two awards for Office Architecture in Dubai and Office Development in Dubai.

Established in design

The BSBG design studio, led by Head of Design Armin Buchbinder, has established a strong reputation in the region for high end design, which has grown to become comparable with the group’s standing in Lead Consultancy and project delivery. Design is a key area of focus for the group, with BSBG Managing Partner Alistair McMillan keen to create a diverse global talent pool that taps into his own passion for the highest level of design work. “Receiving recognition in one of the most highly regarded industry awards for our design work serves to reinforce the design capabilities BSBG has,” Alistair commented.
