BSBG reveals design and delivery roles in Modon’s Nawayef Park Views

Brewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG) has announced its involvement in the design and delivery of Nawayef Park Views, a residential scheme located on Hudayriyat Island by Abu Dhabi-based developer, Modon. The low-rise project features a selection of one to four-bedroom apartments, as well as a medical clinic, leisure and retail options. BSBG is the Concept Architect, Executive Architect, Lead Consultant, Interior Designer and Structural Engineer on the project.

Nawayef Park Views is the first component of the wider Nawayef masterplan to be announced. Adjacent to the community is Nawayef Souq, a bustling luxury shopping village that brings high-end fashion and fine dining to the residents’ doorsteps.

Michael Lewis, Group Design Director, explained more about the design and the role BSBG design hub, +studio, played in developing the residential project standards for the client: “Aesthetically, the project fuses traditional Mediterranean sensibilities with a refined, contemporary design language both internally and externally. We explored multiple iterations to arrive at the final solution, which involved close collaboration with the client. The staggered, framed and beautifully detailed frontages, combined with a crafted public realm, celebrated drop-off points and stunning vistas across the Arabian Gulf are standout features within the project. It’s a great example of the added value that we bring to our clients, understanding how to extract the maximum amount of value from a plot. It’s part of the foundation for why clients come to us - the ability to deliver coordinated architecture and design certainty at an early stage.”

The residential community is focused on promoting active lifestyles and wellbeing among residents. A wide range of leisure and sports amenities are featured across the development, including a fully equipped community gym, lap pool, relaxation area, yoga zone and BBQ spots.

Modon’s Nawayef Park Views represents the latest in a series of high-end residential schemes produced by +studio and delivered by the +executive team. BSBG’s recent residential design and delivery portfolio includes The Lana Dorchester Collection Dubai, Six Senses The Palm Dubai, Peninsula 4, The Plaza, Mercer House, UH by Ellington, One River Point, The Silk District Phase 2, Bluewaters Residences, and Banyan Tree Residences – Hillside Dubai.
