BSBG secures three international design awards for three landmark projects

Brewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG) has won awards in three separate categories for three +studio-designed projects at the International Property Awards 2024. The three awards are for Mercer House (Mixed-Use Architecture, Dubai), One River Point (Residential High-Rise, Dubai), and UH by Ellington (Architecture Multiple Residences, Dubai).

Each of the residential projects, designed by BSBG’s +studio for client Ellington Properties, are unique lifestyle destinations focused on luxury amenities and quality of life for residents. As well as the Concept Design role, BSBG is also the Lead Consultant, Executive Architect, Structural Engineer, and is providing Construction Supervision on all three projects.

UH by Ellington won in the Architecture Multiple Residences, Dubai category.

Commenting on the awards, Group Design Director, Michael Lewis, said: “We’re delighted to have won again at the International Property Awards, this year for three of our design projects! These awards are testament to the wonderful talent pool we have in +studio, and also to our ongoing partnership with Ellington Properties.”

One River Point picked up an award in the Residential High-Rise, Dubai category.

It’s a very exciting time for +studio, and to see the way they have grown and developed is fantastic. There is a great energy and enthusiasm for design within the team, and these awards serve to demonstrate the quality of the output they are achieving. I would also like to extend my congratulations to our partners and clients on these projects, Ellington Properties and Dutco (One River Point is a joint venture between Dutco and Ellington). This has been a very fruitful partnership for both parties, and we are delighted that our first projects together have been so well received.”

The International Property Awards ceremony is due to be held on Wednesday 4^th December 2024, at the Habtoor Grand in Dubai. Awards will be presented to all winners at the daytime event, with an evening gala dinner following, during which time the best in each category will be revealed and put forward to compete in the regional awards.

Mercer House won in the Mixed-Use Architecture, Dubai category.

The International Property Awards celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. Winners receive a world-renowned mark of excellence.

The awards are split into regions covering Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada, Caribbean, Central & South America, Europe, UK and USA. Participants enter at their relevant national level and are judged by a highly experienced team of professionals who cover the whole range of property disciplines.

BSBG has previously won International Property Awards for projects which include The Edge, Banyan Tree Residences – Hillside Dubai, JA Lake View Hotel, Aloft City Centre Deira, Peninsula 4, The Plaza, and Visa CEMEA Headquarters.
