BSBG signs strategic partnership with ParkView for design and development of Park View City masterplans in Pakistan

Brewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG) has signed a strategic partnership with Pakistan developer, ParkView, for the design and development of numerous assets in the cities of Islamabad and Lahore.

ParkView is owned by Vision Group, a group that creates communities with aspirations of redefining living standards in Pakistan. Park View City Islamabad and Park View City Lahore are two key masterplan developments for Vision Group and Chairman Abdul Aleem Khan, with BSBG engaged to provide concepts for numerous assets within each of the two city masterplans – including a large mall, multiple commercial towers, a five-star hotel in each of the two cities, and three residential towers in Islamabad interlinked by a sky bridge.
 

The partnership was finalised at a Signing Ceremony hosted by ParkView in Dubai, attended by key figures from both sides. For BSBG, Managing Partner Alistair McMillan was accompanied by Senior Partner Andrew Bereza, Partner Scott Orwin and Group Design Director Michael Lewis. Signing on behalf of Park View City were the sons of Chairman Abdul Aleem Khan, Directors Abdul Rehman Khan and Abdul Rafey Khan. Also in attendance at the ceremony was Abdul Aleem Khan himself, and Junaid Amin, Advisor to the Chairman.

The initial plans and preconcepts we have completed will add significant leisure, retail, hospitality, commercial and residential destinations to cities such as Islamabad and Lahore, which are markets that we believe are ready to embrace high-end architectural design which enhances the lives of people.”
