BSBG wins two Arabian Property Awards 2025-26!

Brewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG) has picked up two Arabian Property Awards for the +studio design of DMCC’s Uptown Phase 2 (Office Architecture), and Ellington Cove (Architecture Multiple Residences).

Uptown Phase 2 is comprised of two mid-rise commercial towers of 23 and 17 storeys, providing approximately 70,000 m² of Grade A commercial office space, as well as 8,000 m² of F&B and retail. The project represents a key component of DMCC’s Uptown district, and is designed to interact with the wider masterplan.

The towers open out to an activated central plaza, which will become the focal point of the district. The plaza will host a dynamic and diverse offering of activities from immersive art installations to music, film and fashion performances.

The process of design involved analysing the masterplan beyond the plot boundary, to understand a methodology that could extract the most value for the client. The wider context of Uptown as a destination was considered in detail, with every design decision effectively referenced against the masterplan.

Ellington Cove features 962 residential units, with a selection of one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments, as well as amenities including a private beach, a beach club, a yacht club, multiple swimming pools, a restaurant/café, a state-of-the-art fitness and yoga studio, and landscaped gardens.

The project is designed as a serene and sophisticated residential scheme focused on beachfront living for families, with high-end material selection and finishings, in one of the most exciting and dynamic new locations in the UAE.

The Arabian Property Awards ceremony is due to take place at the Habtoor Grand Resort, Dubai, on Thursday 11^th September 2025, during which time the awards will be presented to all winners at the daytime event, with an evening gala dinner following, where the best in each category will be revealed and put forward to compete in the regional awards.

The International Property Awards celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. Winners receive a world-renowned mark of excellence.

The awards are split into regions covering Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada, Caribbean, Central & South America, Europe, UK and USA. Participants enter at their relevant national level and are judged by a highly experienced team of professionals who cover the whole range of property disciplines.
