Construction Update: Eywa Dubai

Construction is now well underway at Eywa Dubai, with the basement raft cast in October, and the ground floor slab due to be cast shortly. Brewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG) is the Executive Architect, Lead Consultant, and Structural Engineer on the project.

About Eywa Dubai

Eywa Dubai is an ultra-luxury 22,000 m2 residential development featuring a G+19 tower with a mix of two, three, four, and five-bedroom apartments. There are just 48 apartments in total, with the smallest two-bedroom space sized at 200 m² plus balcony. Each apartment has its own jacuzzi, while the two penthouse levels each feature a private swimming pool.

The aspiration of the client, R.Evolution, is to create a first-class product that prioritises the quality of living experience for residents above all else. The building features numerous natural elements in terms of design, fluid shapes, water features, and pools. The project follows the principles of Vastu Shastra, a traditional Indian system of architecture that aims to integrate architecture with nature by utilising geometric patterns, symmetry, and directional alignments.
