Eywa wins two International Property Awards

New residential project Eywa, for which Brewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG) is the Executive Architect, Lead Consultant, and Structural Engineer, has picked up two International Property Awards in the categories of Apartment/Condominium Development and Residential High Rise Development for Dubai.

Eywa, Dubai, is an exclusive new residential tower located on the banks of Dubai Canal in Business Bay, and is the brainchild of Latvian developer R.evolution, with the design completed by Open Architecture Design.

The 22,000 m2 project features a 19-storey tower with 48 two, three, four, and five-bedroom apartments. The smallest two-bedroom residence is sized at 200 m2 plus balcony. Each apartment will have its own jacuzzi, and the two penthouse levels will each feature a private swimming pool. The project is focused on providing a new level of sustainable and health-inspired living, and is targeting LEED Platinum, Well Platinum and WiredScore Platinum certifications.

BSBG Partner, Scott Orwin, offered his congratulations to client R.evolution and Open Architecture Design on the awards received for Eywa. “From the outset it has been clear to us that the aspirations for this project are very unique, and it’s quite unlike anything else in Dubai. I’m certain these two awards will be the first of many for Eywa,” he said. “We’re delighted to be involved in this project and providing our expertise to realise the design vision and ambition of both the client and concept architect.
