Misk Foundation Headquarters achieves WELL Gold Precertification

Misk Foundation Headquarters, currently under construction in Mohammed Bin Salman Nonprofit City, has been awarded with the WELL Gold Precertification for the design phase of the project. The WELL Precertification is awarded by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), and is a globally recognised standard that reflects a building’s positive impact on the health and well-being of its occupants.

Brewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG) announced its multi-disciplinary involvement on the Misk Foundation headquarters project in the summer of 2022, taking on the roles of Executive Architect, Executive Interior Designer and Structural Engineer. The project is designed by Conrad Gargett.

The WELL Building Standard evaluates factors such as air quality, water purity, lighting, thermal comfort, nourishment, and movement, linking these elements to health outcomes.

Commenting on the Precertification, Project Director Mark Petersen said: “We are delighted to have received the WELL Gold Precertification for the design phase of this project.
