Within the hotel tower an elevated double-height grand arrival entrance and lobby is the focal point. The elevational difference between this feature drop-off point and the marina at the rear of the hotel creates a cascading effect towards the waterfront. This presented a wonderful opportunity for F&B, with the inclusion of open-terraced restaurants and stunning views at each level, moving down towards the marina. 

Hotel features include a lobby tea lounge and secret garden; ballroom and conference facilities; signature restaurants; and extensive landscaped gardens. 225 guest rooms and suites, a luxury spa and gym, as well as a rooftop bar with an infinity-edge pool offer stunning views of the adjacent marina towards the Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai.

The residential tower is comprised of 39 exclusive residences, including six penthouses with private swimming pools, and a selection of two, three and four-bedroom apartments and duplexes.  

The concept is designed by Foster + Partners, with BSBG novated to contractor Roberts Constructions as the project lead consultant, overseeing design coordination and technical supervision of construction, on a Design & Build contract.
