One River Point has been shortlisted for the Interior Design Concept of the Year: Residential category award in the Commercial Interior Design (CID) Awards 2025: MENA. The project, designed by the +studio Interior Design team, was recognised as one of the projects that demonstrates visionary excellence and innovation in the residential category. The design will now be judged alongside other nominated projects, with the winner to be announced at the CID Awards: MENA ceremony, which will take place at the Joharah Ballroom, Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai, on Thursday 25^th September 2025.

One River Point features 295 meticulously crafted residences ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and three luxurious penthouses, designed to offer a seamless blend of comfort, modernity, and sophistication. Each interior has been envisioned to create a calm yet elevated living experience. From the moment residents enter, they are immersed in a world where design is used not only to inspire but also to soothe.

The interiors balance contrasts, with rich, moody palettes that are softened by natural daylight pouring through full-height windows, while textured, tactile materials add warmth to the clean modernity of the architectural lines. Every residence is intentionally detailed, with intuitive features, bespoke joinery, and layered materiality contributing to an unmistakably luxurious and urban-chic aesthetic.

Commenting on the nomination, Head of Interior Design, Tom Skyring, said: “We’re delighted to receive this recognition for One River point. I think the project demonstrates the way in which residential interior design can be both aspirational and deeply human - delivering beauty, functionality, and innovation in every square metre. We’ve tried to create an experience within every space, and I think the team has done a fantastic job in achieving that.”

Located on the banks of Dubai Canal, Business Bay, One River Point was also the 5-star award-winning project in the Residential High-Rise, Dubai category, at the International Property Awards 2024. BSBG is the Lead Consultant, Design and Executive Architect, Interior Designer, Structural Engineer, and is providing Construction Supervision to deliver the project.
