Interior Design

A collaborative passion for interior design.

Concept Interior Design

Every new interior design project for us is a blank canvas. Our approach relies on adopting a fresh approach with no intention of attempting to replicate a previous design, just because it proved successful.

We focus on working methodically to create a functional interior space that delivers on the client’s aspirations, while also providing a highly engaging and pleasurable experience for the end user. Our first task is to gain an in-depth understanding of the client’s intentions for the space.

Having studied the brief, we research and conduct analysis to help us formulate a design direction, before developing the creative narrative. The narrative could be influenced by a particular colour, texture, an emotion or a regional style, but it will always be led by a thoughtful response to the brief.

Expressive ideas make compelling solutions

In order to deliver a compelling and provocative interior design solution, we are able to call upon a diverse and talented team of creative designers. Our team members each specialise in their own area of expertise, from materials to colours, from BIM coordination to awareness of space, our team has developed the experience to ensure the finished product more than matches the aspirations for the project.

Although the common characteristics of sophistication, elegance and comfort run throughout our interior design portfolio, we consider no single space to be the same. Our passion is to bring purpose and authenticity to every design, facilitating the correct use of space, with style, balance, connectivity and flow.

Context-driven design

Interiors are not treated as standalone layers; they are derived from the architecture, location and user profile. Whether it’s a hospitality-led residential tower or a commercial lobby, the design language responds to the building’s identity and its surrounding environment.

Experience-led planning

Prioritising how spaces are used and experienced over purely visual outcomes. Circulation, arrival sequences, spatial zoning and user interaction are carefully orchestrated. In residential projects, this often translates into hospitality-style living—amenities, transitions and moments that feel curated rather than purely functional.

Material-led luxury

Rather than relying on superficial styling, the emphasis is on materiality, detailing and buildability. Natural materials, refined palettes and precise junctions create a sense of quality that is both tactile and durable. The objective is longevity—spaces that feel premium without being trend-dependent

How we work

01

Integrated design

Our Interior Design team is fully embedded within the wider design structure, enabling a coordinated and interdisciplinary response from the outset. Led by Tom Skrying, the team focuses on creating impactful, memorable spaces that balance design ambition with intuitive functionality, delivering a seamless layer of hospitality-led experience.

02

User-led thinking

Our approach is centred on the user experience. Every space is carefully planned to inspire engagement through layout, materiality and detail, ensuring it feels natural and effortless to use. The focus is on creating environments that are both visually compelling and inherently functional, where every element is considered and contributes to a cohesive, lasting impression.

03

Design with clarity

We move rapidly from concept sketches into detailed 3D models, allowing design intent to be communicated with precision from the earliest stages. This approach improves coordination across disciplines, enhances client understanding and enables informed decision-making. By resolving complexity early, we create a clear, robust foundation for design development and delivery.

Executive Interior Design

We translate design intent into a coordinated and deliverable outcome. Acting as the link between concept and construction, we ensure that interior schemes are technically resolved, fully integrated and aligned with the wider project requirements.

Our role focuses on maintaining the integrity of the design while developing it to a level of detail suitable for procurement and construction. This includes the production, coordination and management of detailed design information across all interior elements, ensuring consistency between architecture, structure and MEP systems. The result is an interior environment that is not only visually refined, but also precise, compliant and ready for delivery.

Coordinated and technically resolved interiors

We work across all stages of the project, supporting the design team, client, and contractor with clear, accurate, and coordinated information. From detailed layouts and joinery design to material interfaces and specification alignment, every component is considered in the context of how it will be built. This approach reduces ambiguity, minimizes risk, and ensures that design quality is maintained through to completion.

Executive Interior Design is particularly critical on complex residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments, where the success of the space depends on the seamless integration of multiple disciplines. By maintaining control over detail, coordination, and documentation, BSBG ensures that interior design is realised exactly as intended.

Design integrity

We protect and carry forward the original design intent, ensuring that every decision made during detailed development remains aligned with the concept. This maintains consistency in spatial quality, materiality and overall experience, even as technical requirements evolve.

Technical resolution

Our team develops interiors to a fully coordinated, construction-ready level of detail. This includes resolving junctions, integrating services and aligning specifications, ensuring that every element is buildable, compliant and clearly documented.

Coordinated delivery

We work closely with all disciplines and stakeholders to ensure that interior design is fully integrated within the wider project. Through clear documentation and ongoing coordination, we reduce risk, improve efficiency and support a smooth transition from design to construction.

How we work

01

Design review

We begin by reviewing the initial design, assessing feasibility, and ensuring it is equipped to meet the client’s commercial and operational aspirations for the project; challenging certain aspects that don’t match the criteria, and adding our own technical insights and solutions as required. This can involve elements of re-design, or development of the existing proposal.

02

Design management structure

We work at an early stage to establish a cohesive and collaborative alliance between the separate teams working on the project. Our experience has shown us the importance of establishing clear communication between parties from the initial stages of a project, and we take responsibility for ensuring this is in place.

03

Front-loaded technical design

Very quickly after the pre-concept stage commences, we insist upon the integration of the more technical components of the overall building design. A failure to take early-stage ownership of the functional elements of the building invariably results in a compromise to aesthetic quality further down the line.
