BSBG announces multiple roles in Eltiera Views

Brewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG) has announced its role in the design and development of Eltiera Views – the latest residential development by +studio, emerging from the long-standing partnership between BSBG and Ellington Properties that began in 2022.

Positioned adjacent to Eltiera Heights, Eltiera Views expands the design language and community offering established by its predecessor, but on a significantly larger scale. The development comprises four residential towers, each arranged over three podium levels and 26 storeys, alongside a standalone amenity building featuring a large gym, spa and hydrotherapy suites, cinema room, and dedicated studios for pilates, yoga, strength training, and dance. Retail and F&B spaces at ground level further activate the community and enrich the resident experience. BSBG is the Concept Architect, Executive Architect, Lead Consultant, Structural Engineer, and Interior Designer on the project.

Speaking about the architectural design approach, Roxanne Djaiji, Associate, shared insights into the scale and ambition of the development. She said: “We have created a self-contained community with multiple drop-offs, generous communal spaces across the ground and podium levels, and an extensive amenity offering including wellness facilities, workspaces, gyms, and two pools. This is far more than a single tower and podium - it is a large, interconnected environment designed to support a vibrant residential lifestyle.

“A key design driver was the configuration of the four towers. By rotating them strategically, we were able to maximise views over the stunning landscapes of Jumeirah Estates. While Eltiera Views is clearly connected to Eltiera Heights, we introduced subtle differentiation through the façade treatment, adding a sophisticated visual dynamic that allows the two developments to complement one another beautifully.”

Hadeel Kassem, Lead Interior Designer, shared more details about the interiors of the project: “Our approach is founded in modern luxury meets natural living. The residences are seamlessly integrated into the landscape, designed with precision and crafted from natural, fine, and tactile materials that gracefully age.

“We have designed a refined retreat where each detail, from the warmth of materials to the way natural light filters through the spaces, creates a holistic experience that is identifiably Eltiera Views.”

Eltiera Views is the latest milestone in the ongoing collaboration between BSBG and Ellington Properties. The partnership continues to deliver award-winning, design-led residential communities across the UAE, including Mercer House, One River Point, UH by Ellington, Ellington Sands, Eltiera Heights, and Playa Del Sol.
