As well as project leadership, planning and delivery, Demetri is an invaluable point of contact during construction, with expertise in the contract administration and construction supervision disciplines. His own brand of leadership on some of the key BSBG projects, particularly within the mixed use, education and residential sectors, has ensured delivery ahead of schedule and has helped to establish many of the long term relationships BSBG has with key developers in the region.
