“A cohesive and forward-looking commercial destination that sets the foundation for Digital City Bahrain.”

Focused on the end-user experience

The development comprises three circular office buildings, each organised around a private internal courtyard. This configuration establishes a strong relationship between architecture and landscape, creating environments that prioritise natural light, spatial clarity and user wellbeing. The circular form also reinforces the client’s identity, creating a distinctive and recognisable presence within the masterplan.

Through advanced digital modelling and iterative design testing, the scheme has been refined to optimise movement, access and spatial experience.

Trio Park is designed to support a new generation of workplace environments, balancing productivity with wellbeing and collaboration. Each building houses a distinct function, including the headquarters for Beyon Group, the headquarters of BNET and a third leasable office building, creating a dynamic and flexible commercial ecosystem.

At the heart of each building, internal atria and courtyards act as social hubs, encouraging interaction and informal collaboration. The design promotes openness and connectivity, supporting both focused work and shared experiences within a high-quality architectural setting.
