A large-scale retail zone, the Dubai Festival City project introduced the UAE’s first IKEA, as well as a new Hyper Panda supermarket and a crafted atrium space linking the two retail units with the existing Festival City Mall.

Elements of Middle Eastern nature inspired the design of the atria, the heart of the development; created to become a tranquil example of carefully planned, landscaped indoor space. The atria features a number of smaller retail units, a clear glass roof allowing for plenty of natural light, tree-lined pathways and water features, all of which provide a calming, natural ambience for the end-user.
