Design Features

A unique approach to the façade design creates dynamic movement and playful exuberance, while internally, the core of each building is orthogonal and highly efficient. A series of stacked cubes with carved slots creates additional layering to present a high-energy project that stands out in its environment. A central activated plaza links the wider masterplan, wrapped by a dynamic digital screen ribbon - a cohesive element designed as a thread that runs through the plaza. The plaza becomes a destination in its own right, with a focus on ensuring the public realm elements integrate and interact with each other, and providing simplified access to the whole scheme. Mercer House features a 45,000 sq. ft. urban beach club complete with natural sand, resort-style sun loungers, cabanas, and a pool bar for refreshments. Other amenities include a gym, spa, an infinity pool on the 24th floor, yoga area, scenic sauna, and ice room, all at the upper levels of the towers. Additionally an arcade-themed games room, multi-sports hall and padel courts, kid’s play areas, and a private clubhouse and dining room complete the amenities within the residences.
