Bluewaters Residences

As the interior architect, BSBG designed all interior spaces to complement the exterior architecture, with a focus on clean, sharp features and straight lines. An accomplished spatial definition is achieved and yet apartment layouts are open and flowing. Floor-to-ceiling windows in all apartments allow for stunning views across the picturesque island and Arabian Sea, while unique coved ceilings with embedded strip lighting provide a floating ceiling effect to interior spaces at night.

BSBG provided executive architecture and lead consultancy on the project, leading coordination through concept and managing all architectural packages from the end of the schematic design. During construction, BSBG took charge of technical and construction supervision for the architecture, structures and interior design of this milestone development, guiding the project through to completion.

BSBG’s level of technical expertise and lead consultancy experience enabled the project to proceed at pace, utilising BIM from the concept stage to provide benefits to the construction programme and to building/facilities management post-handover.
