Brewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG) is working alongside Abu Dhabi developer IMKAN Properties LLC on the design and delivery of SHA Emirates, a wellness resort and clinic located along the coastline between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

SHA Wellness Clinic is a world-renowned resort on the east coast of Spain, south of Valencia, dedicated to health and wellbeing. It quickly became synonymous with an innovative approach to many areas of self-improvement, including lifestyle habits, weight loss, detox, rejuvenation and healthy ageing. A second clinic was announced in Mexico, set to open in 2021, with SHA Emirates to become the third.

Designed by BSBG’s +studio, the resort focuses on accomplishing seamless integration with the surrounding environment, with the use of soft edges and clean, white curves, stepped terracing, and cascading gardens that decorate the exterior. SHA Emirates is designed to preserve the area’s natural beauty, and to have a positive impact on nature, as well as those visiting the resort.

The wellness clinic and resort spans a total of 125,000 sqm, and is located within AlJurf, IMKAN’s coastal masterplan nestled in amongst the nature reserves and wildlife of the area. In addition to the complete architectural design, BSBG is providing lead consultancy, executive architecture and structural engineering solutions for this prestigious project.

More to come on this project shortly...
