The design and delivery of JA Lake View Hotel

Words by BSBG Media Team, Thursday 14 July 2022

In this video Senior Partner Kevin Harper and Partner Scott Orwin look back on our award winning design of JA Lake View Hotel. The 5-star hotel is symbolic of instinctively designing what comes naturally. A tranquil and serene setting for a development that absorbs its surroundings and makes a virtue from an intrinsic connection to nature at every turn. The design narrative is centred around continuity and flow, from initial drop-off, throughout the entire guest experience.

Comprised of 348 guestrooms and suites, the hotel features a large atrium space, and F&B offerings which include an all-day dining restaurant, a gastropub, an Indian restaurant and a rooftop bar where guests are treated to a stunning view of the sunset over the Arabian Sea.
