Beach Mansion, designed by the Brewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG) design hub +studio, has won an award in the Residential High-Rise category at the 2022/23 Arabian Property Awards.

The project, which is designed for Dubai developer Emaar, is located at prestigious new masterplan development Emaar Beachfront, and is comprised of two towers (37 storeys and 20 storeys), a nine-storey podium, swimming pool and communal areas, with captivating panoramic views across Dubai Marina, the Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf. Beach Mansion becomes the latest in a series of BSBG-designed projects to receive recognition at the Property Awards; The Edge, Banyan Tree Residences – Hillside Dubai, Visa CEMEA Headquarters, JA Lake View Hotels and Aloft City Centre Deira have each won Property Awards over the last five years.

Group Design Director Michael Lewis expressed his delight at receiving the award for Beach Mansion, a project which marks the continuation of long-term, successful relationship between BSBG and Emaar following BLVD Crescent, Mulberry and The Dubai Mall Zabeel. “We’re delighted with this recognition, and with the quality of the project itself,” he said. “Beach Mansion combines simplicity and efficiency, and it’s a wonderful example of the way in which this approach can still capture the imagination. Our client is delighted with the project, and the added value we have provided throughout. It’s a great scheme, and receiving this recognition serves as confirmation for our team that we are producing work worthy of the highest accolades.”

BSBG Managing Partner Alistair McMillan added: “The quality of our design and the enormous talent we have within +studio positions us alongside the top international design houses. I’m proud of our reputation as one of the best in project delivery, but we’re now gaining the same level of recognition as one of the top design architects. We’re being universally engaged by clients as design architects, and I’m delighted to see this part of the business, which incorporates concept and interior design, reach a level where we’re delivering outstanding, award-winning design work on a consistent basis for the best developers in the market.”
