Piling activity is now complete on Beach Mansion, as part of the ongoing enabling works at the site. In total, 286 structural piles have been inserted. Additionally, shoring is approaching completion, and approximately 5,600 m³ of earth has been excavated out of a total 18,100 m³.

Brewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG) is the Concept Architect, Executive Architect, Structural Engineer and Lead Consultant on Beach Mansion and is currently overseeing all three phases of the enabling works on site.

The project recently won the Five Star award for Best Residential High Rise Architecture Dubai at the Arabian Property Awards 2022, having initially been shortlisted as a winner in the category in August. As the highest scoring five-star winner, the project will now move through as a nominee for the regional category, where it will be re-judged against the five-star winners in other regions of the world – Americas, Europe, UK and Asia Pacific.

About the project

Beach Mansion is a super high-rise residential development situated within the exclusive Emaar Beachfront masterplan. The project features two towers of 37 storeys and 20 storeys, resting upon a nine-storey podium, as well as a swimming pool and communal areas. The scheme boasts panoramic views of the Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, and the Arabian Gulf, and features a variety of apartment types, penthouses and townhouses. Beach Mansion is set within a prime location in proximity to the beach, landscaped parks, restaurants, cafes, entertainment and retail stores. The project will provide residents with a resort-style living experience on their doorstep.

The project features elegant contemporary architecture and interiors with flowing spaces and spacious living areas, while meticulously selected finishings and natural materials complement the beachfront living experience. The penthouses overlook the beach and Arabian Gulf, and are available in three and four-bedroom options – each oriented precisely to maximise the captivating views on offer.

Amenities within the dual tower development include an infinity edge swimming pool, an adjacent neighbourhood park, a multi-purpose community room, a dedicated fitness area, cabanas and BBQ areas and a kids pool and play area.
