EYWA Dubai has been recognised as the World’s Best International Apartment/Condominium Development 2023-2024, at the International Property Awards grand final event, hosted in London on 22^nd February. Previously, the project won in the Dubai and Arabia regional categories, before going on to pick up the global accolade.

Featuring just 48 spacious apartments over 19 storeys, along with a unique approach to sensory penetration throughout the development, and a wide variety of amenities, EYWA Dubai is designed to focus on the health, wellbeing, happiness, and spiritual growth of residents.

Brewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG) is the Executive Architect, Lead Consultant, and Structural Engineer on the project, and Managing Partner, Alistair McMillan, offered his congratulations to the entire project team and developer, R.evolution, on achieving the ultimate accolade. “To be recognised as the world’s best is a fantastic accomplishment, and is testament to the quality and vision of this project, which is unlike any residential project we’ve seen before here in Dubai. Congratulations to all involved in this exceptional development.”

Senior Partner, Andrew Bereza, added: A product of this standard, with the authentic focus on wellbeing and luxury, times the market perfectly, and it has really captured the attention and imagination of everyone here in Dubai. The passion, creativity, and commitment to this project, is unlike anything we’ve seen before, especially from a new developer coming into the market for the first time.”

He continued: “There have been a lot of challenges for BSBG involved in safeguarding the design intent and delivering a building of this calibre, with this level of ambition. But it’s what we’re known for, we embrace the challenge, and we are looking forward to the next phase of the project. Congratulations to all involved on achieving the world’s best. It is very well-deserved.”

BSBG’s +studio design for Select Group’s Peninsula 4, The Plaza also picked up the award for Best Mixed Use Architecture Arabia at the awards, following on from its recognition as the best in Dubai earlier on in the year.

Ground was broken on the project at the beginning of March in a ceremony attended on behalf of BSBG by Ahmed Ismael (Associate Director), Bojan Stankovic (Senior Architect), Seyed Ibrahim (Project Engineer), and Abdul Rahman Qureshi (Senior Project Manager).

More to follow on the project as construction progresses.
