Peninsula 4, The Plaza has won an award for the International Property Awards ‘Mixed Use Architecture, Dubai’ category. The project, designed by the Brewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG) design studio, +studio, is the final component of the prestigious Peninsula master community developed by Select Group.

As a true mixed-use development, Peninsula 4, The Plaza is comprised of two high-rise residential apartment towers of 52 storeys with a connected podium and basement parking arrangement, a series of 16 premium waterfront loft duplexes, a medium-rise Grade A commercial office building with direct street access, and a series of destination retail/F&B outlets activating an urban plaza.

Commenting on the award, Group Design Director, Michael Lewis, said: “We are delighted to have received this level of recognition for Peninsula 4, The Plaza. To receive an award for this project adds to the legacy of towers and mixed-use schemes +studio is known for, and we look forward to attending the awards ceremony.”

The International Property Awards ceremony is due to be held on Thursday 19th October 2023, at the Habtoor Grand in Dubai. Awards will be presented to all winners at the daytime event, with an evening gala dinner following, during which time the best in each category will be revealed and put forward to compete in the regional awards.
