Mulberry

Mulberry is the first fully constructed development within the keenly anticipated new community district. The large scale residential complex features eight low-rise residential blocks featuring 664 one, two and three-bedroom apartments built on an area spanning over 600,000 sq ft.
BSBG delivered Mulberry for Emaar as the lead architect, executive interior designer and architect of record, also providing technical supervision and contract administration during the construction phases.
